AmSafe is an American based, world's largest manufacturer of safety and securement equipment for the business and commercial aviation, aerospace, defence and ground transportation industries. AmSafe have been present in Sri Lanka for the past 16 years, and is a global business. We have facilities and staff based in the US, UK, Sri Lanka and China. Our main factory is based in Sri Lanka, and we produce a significant amount of products, which go into the world Aviation market.
We are looking for innovative, qualified individual to join our Team in an effort to keep pace with the growing needs of AmSafe Birdport. The Candidate is expected to work in the Manufacturing Facility at the Wathupitiwela, EPZ, Nittambuwa.
Senior HR Executive
Location: Nittambuwa
This position is reporting to the HR Manager and the position will be responsible for HR operation activities which include ensuring compliance of the company HR policies and assisting in implementation, payroll administration, working on HRIS, training and development, developing statistics relating to key HR functions, providing reports to the management and handling employee's records and ensuring the confidentiality.
The candidate should be below 35 years of age with a degree or professional qualification in HRM from recognised institute together with minimum 5 years work experience in similar capacity is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment on above mentioned areas will be advantageous. You should have sound knowledge in HR processes and modern HR practices. Also you should be a good communicator with interpersonal skills.
