Logistics & Warehouse Manager
Location: Homagama
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, storage, distribution and stock consolidation of flowers, all other materials, equipment for different departments and retail shops
- Conduct, plan, and reorganise warehouse spaces based on utilisation
- Maintain a clean, orderly, safe and organised warehouse
- Effectively counsel and manage employees on attendance, performance, continuous employee training and development to improve productivity and minimise wastage
- Manage the maintenance and repairs of all warehouse-related equipment
Eligible candidates should have:
- Degree or other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse and logistics management
- Below 35 years
- The ability to work in a computerised environment (ERP System)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to innovate & handle multiple tasks
