Customer Care Executive
The Job:
- Maintaining and following the standards, processes and guidelines of the DCL / wOw and smooth operation
- Efficiently gather complete information to acess and fulfil customer needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally in English with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues
- To be responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints
- Responsible for handling & resolving customers' complaints received via letter, email, telephone
- Obtain necessary information / updates from other departments for the resolution of the complaint
- To gather information & data statistics on complaints including root cause analysis as well as recommendations solutions for Management review and evaluation
- To take initiative steps to address any issue that is affecting the daily operational work that needs prompt actions
- To take lead in preparing, compiling and coordinating reports / working papers for presentation to the management
- To ensure complaint handling are in accordance to the existing regulations and guidelines
- To undertake and complete assignments as determined by the direct report of department head
The Person:
- Good proficiency in English, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in similar capacity will be an added qualification
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office packages
- Be friendly, charismatic, punctual and energetic
- Have a personality that works well in a team and thrives on people interaction
- Willingness to work roster basis: Monday to Sunday
