We are a 25 years old diversified Group preliminary an organisation involved in caring for people to empower their lives by way of providing technologically advanced and quality vision science solutions. We are also into strategic investments in Property, Leisure, Education and Healthcare. Currently we have 550+ professionally qualified workforce serving in 15 SBUs located in Colombo and in 50+ Branch Network Island wide. We have also very ambitious plans venturing into greater horizons and will, in the near future expand our portfolio in overseas operations.

Assistant Manager - Customer Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth
• Monitoring and analysing past records and recommending new customer experience strategies
• Collaborate with Sales department to develop strategic partnerships
• Drive the customer service culture across the company, supported by effective policy and process frameworks and responsive customer service systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in service industry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality would be an added advantage
• Sound communication and presentation skills
