The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASri Lanka) is one of the largest professional organizations in Sri Lanka that supports over 5000 Chartered Accountants and among the foremost tertiary education providers in the country outside the university system with a larger student population of over 44,000. 

The Institute provides insight and leadership to the accountancy and finance profession in Sri Lanka as well as globally. Currently we are seeking outstanding result oriented and energetic professionals with a high level of responsibility, dedication, competence, confidence, drive and adaptability to take over the positions indicated below.

Customer Care Officer

Job Purpose:
Enhancing the business portfolio of the CA Sri Lanka Business School, coordinating with the required stakeholders including student registrations, coordinating with lecturers, event team, branding team and other respective internal and external parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carryout all duties in a professional manner
  • Demonstrate exceptional commitment in providing excellent customer service
  • Possess good time management and follow up skills
  • Possess ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively resolve customer issues / complaints
  • Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment

Qualifications & Specific Experience:

  • G.C.E. A/L together with a full or part qualification in marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Computer literacy in MS Office package and the ability to use Internet and Email
  • Fluency in English in oral and written forms are essential
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
  • Be a self-driven, target oriented person with sound PR and interpersonal skills
  • Be a good team player and a fast learner
  • Experience in managing customer care
  • Preferably below 30 years of age

Technical Skills:

  • Work language - English
  • Marketing skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Organisational skills
  • Event management skills

The successful candidates will initially be offered an employment contract for 1 year with a competitive remuneration package in par with industry standards together with other fringe benefits.
