Staff Assistant cum Cashier (Male)

The ideal candidate shall be required to:

  • Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, or automatic debits
  • Passing journal to the GL
  • Connecting and coordinating with branches related to insurance premium settlement
  • Issue receipts for all collection
  • Reconcile the cash, cheque & credit cards receipt with the system at the beginning / ending shifts and maintain adequate cash denomination in the cash box
  • Answer customer's queries, and provide information on procedures and policies

Applicants should possess the following:

  • A minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L including General English
  • G.C.E. O/L with Credit passes in Mathematics, English and Sinhala / Tamil
  • 6 months working in similar capacity will be an added advantage
  • English language skills (Ability to read and write)
