The Role:
As OIC, we expect you to possess sound knowledge in the areas of planning, implementation coordination and the ability to manage all branch operations in an effective and efficient manner. Initiating and implementing timely and effective measures to achieve individual Business Unit and branch targets will be a key focus of this role. Further, you are required to market all financial products and services of the Group in the region by conducting promotional activities in order to achieve and sustain profitability and growth in the branch.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

• A Degree / Diploma in marketing or an equivalent academic qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of five years' experience in the finance industry
• Willingness to be based in the selected location
• Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and marketing skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives
• Applicants must be trilingual to be qualified
