HR Executive
Location: Head Office
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain the organisation carder through recruitment process
- Initiating and implementing new training programmes
- Maintain employee benefit programmes by accessing benefit needs and trends
- Assist the implementation of performance management process
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognised university / Diploma in Human Resource Management from IPM / NIBM
- 3 Years of experience in the HR field
- Good knowledge on all key results areas of HR
- Strong IT skills with past experience in HRIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Below 32 years of age
