Candidate Profile:
The candidate profile should be under the age of 26. A partial HR qualification from a recognised university or educated institution is essential. He/she should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years' work experience in a similarly related HR position. Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala as well as the ability to multitask are other requirements.
