A leading Bookseller, Importer and a Distributor of printed books of various categories including Educational, Cultural, Religious, Scientific & Sports, in Sri Lanka, currently looking for dynamic individual for the below position with following attributes to be a part of their dream.

Assistant Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Disburse inventory as appropriate with documentation to ensure proper accounting and receipt of payment. Maintain quotation books / documents whilst checking on the stock availability
• Timely and accurate preparation of summary reports of Invoices
• Manage and prepare customer wist receipts
• Managing the documentation in an organised manner
• Guiding and directing the stores staff to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively
• Handling the import consignment clearing & GRN process
• Planning and scheduling stores work flow during the exhibition period

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role of a Stores operation, with overall 6 years' of experience. Minimum 6 months' work experience with an aspiration to build the career in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Professional Qualification in Warehouse management or Business Management is preferred
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Well conversant in MS Office packages (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
• Age should be below 45 years
