Executive / Trainee Executive - Recoveries

We are a reputed Licensed Finance Company, registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, and a member of the prestigious Abans Group of Companies. We seek to recruit dedicated male candidates for the following position available in our company to play a crucial role in our Recovery Department.

Executive / Trainee Executive - Recoveries

Locations: Gampaha / Dambulla / Ampara / Batticaloa / Kaudurwela / Galle

Key Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor the portfolio of facilities in order to ensure the customers are paid on time
• Follow up the collections on such facilities on time and achieve in the individual recoveries target given by the management
• Check whether the vehicle given on lease / Hire Purchase / Loan is used by the lessee a per the condition laid down in the respective Agreements
• Visit the clients in order to ensure that facilities do not move above the NPL threshold level

Key Requirements:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L
• Should be between 20-30 years of age
• An outgoing personality with good PR, Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to converse in English / Sinhala or Tamil languages effectively
• Experience in Hire Purchase, Lease & Loans recovery methods will be an added advantage
• Should possess a motor cycle riding license
• Applicants from the locations mentioned above will be given preference
• School leavers are encouraged to apply

Candidates with more than three years experience in Recovery / Credit could be recruited at the level of "Senior Executive".
