Training Assistant (Head Office)

This Fantastic opportunity exists in the Training and Development Department of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC at Head office for young dynamic and energetic individuals to join as Training Assistant. Applicant should be exceptional individual, with high degree of motivation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team with the determination to Succeed in challenging environment. 

Personal Profile  

  • Passed GCE A/L examination. 
  • Certificate level in HRM from IPM/NIBM or any other recognized institute. 
  • Previous experience in general administration functions of a Training department will be advantageous. 
  • IT literacy is an absolute prerequisite and exposure computerized application Package and ERP systems. 
  • Knowledge of Audio Visual equipment handling will be a distinct advantage. 
  • Flair for dealing with internal and external customers extremely courteously. 
  • Age between 20 - 25 years.
