Provides Business Process outsourcing (BPO) services enabling companies regardless of size to focus on their principal responsibilities quickly and efficiently to specific challenges, by managing and administering their main core activities.

Accounts Executive - Accounting Services

Position Responsibilities:

• Handling of local and overseas payments and GL updating and outsourced clients
• Monitoring daily bank balances
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Preparation of schedules and management reports
• Perform Payroll work for the outsourced clients
• Perform and other accounting duties and when advised

Position Responsibilities:

• Part qualification in CA / ACCA / AAT
• Three-years' experience in similar capacity
• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and payroll work
• Sound knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, lead projects, manage confidential information and balance multiple priorities / deadlines
• Working experience in Quickbooks, PeachTree, MYOB, Sage
• Excellent command of verbal and written skills in English
