Cashier

Location: Colombo 10

Job Profile:

• Handle the cash transactions effectively and efficiently with 100% accuracy and in compliance with the company policies relating to the cash transactions
• Attend to customers' / visitors' requirements with due customer care at the front desk and fulfil requirements effectively and efficiently
• Maintain the cash register and process entries for each and every transaction with due attention to details
• Pleasantly deal with the customers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Issue receipts to the customers and provide necessary information relating to the bills with specific explanation whenever necessary
• Attend to queries of walk-in customers and over the phone to provide relevant information about products, services terms & conditions relating to the sale of goods and services etc with precise explanation on the same

Eligibility Requirement:

• Passed G.C.E. O/L, G.C.E. A/L
• Professional qualification in Finance will be an added advantage
• Minimum one year experience in a similar position
• Can-do attitude and readiness to work under pressure
