Junior Executive HR
Directing and overseeing the training, development, resignation processes and administering, monitoring the benefit programmes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organising training sessions for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties
- Handle the overall resignation process of the company and ensure a smooth transition happens in each resignation
- Handle staff overseas training travelling process
- Develop and implement strategies to build, maintain and enhance industrial relations, ensure all employees grievances / issues are resolved effectively, facilitate bi-party dialogue and thereby ensure a harmonious employer-employee relations within the organisation
Competency & Skills Requirement:
- Undergraduate or following professional qualification in HRM from a recognised university / professional body
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in overall HR functions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and effective time management skills
- A good team player
