Our business is structured around five service offerings - Enterprise Support Services, Data Centre, Information Security, Network Monitoring and Disaster Recovery in addition to being a global remote IT Support Services company. We are on the lookout for a good performer in the capacity of a Cashier.

Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to customers' enquiries and manage all records, documents relating to customers in a timely and proficient manner.
• To actively practice and participate in providing excellent customer services, constantly exceeding expectations.
• Receives payment transactions from the customers and manages all payments and collections according to standard procedures and on timely basis.
• Provide efficient support and communicate with inter departments related to customer service and administrative activities.

Qualifications required:

• G.C.E Advanced Level
• Experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Good customer service & interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Ability to prepare timely and quality reports.
• School leavers are also welcome to apply.
