Accounts Assistant

Job Profile:

• Handling credit control f unctions including sales order releasing process
• Preparing the debtor reconciliations and arranging letters to the customers
• Preparing return cheques outstanding reports and arranging fund bank transfers / letters
• Sound knowledge in sales related taxes covering VAT/SVAT/NT/WHT
• Preparation of financial accounts and processing journal entries
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
• Managing finance related documents

Candidate Profile:

• Partly qualified in ICASL or fully qualified in AAT or bachelor's degree in finance
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office package and 2-3 years experience in handling computerised accounting system preferable SAP system
• Go getter with the ability to complete challenges entrusted to her/him with integrity
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in manufacturing environment or audit sector
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Age between 22-27
