HR Executive
The ideal candidate should possess the following key drivers:
- Degree / Diploma Holder of HRM
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR process and procedures with good knowledge in all HR practices and labour regulations is a must
- Good communication abilities with ability to drafting Memos, Reports, Letters
- Should have good computer literacy especially in MS Office package
- Be an independent an result oriented individual who has the ability to work independently and in a team
- Should be flexible, innovative and people oriented person
- Experience in HRD and ability to handle trainings will definitely be an added advantage
- Experience in working in a FMCG manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
- Between 20-30 years
