Intern - Human Resources
Job Role:
- Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner in order to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval
- Responsible for updating Employee Records in order to contribute to the overall Human Resource services of the organisation
- Analyse and Interpret data and provide accurate and Timely HR Information
- Handle the Payroll system of the employees
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business Management / Computer Science (familiar with MS Excel)
- Excellent IT skills with an aptitude for systems working
- Ability to proactively contribute and support colleagues in a pressured working environment
- Experience working with HR and Payroll information systems
