Executive - International Business Development
The Job:
- Define an action plan and utilise resources to ensure that the bank's payroll solution is being canvassed to the bank's existing and potential Corporate and SME entities
- Coordinate with corporate Banking & Corporate Credit teams to generate leads to canvass payroll solutions
- Define an action plan to ensure that the bank's retail and aligned solutions are provided and facilitated to the employees of the payroll companies
- Work closely with internal departments (All Retail Sales Channels , Digital Channels, Branch RO's, Corporate banking, Branch Credit, LPM, Marketing, Personal banking etc.) for delivery of services and closing of business leads
- Develop business / Solution proposals to targeted clients
- Analyse and develop strategies to convert untapped business for payroll
- Explore opportunities for retail and aligned business growth in the payroll space
The Person:
- Minimum 6 years experience of which 3 years in Sales / Relationship Management
- Full / Part Qualification in CIM / SLIM or an equaling qualification
- Strong communication, leadership and team building skills
