To support the expansion initiatives of Arpico Durables (Pvt) Ltd engaged in the production water pumps, requires the services of a young, dynamic, motivated and energetic individual to join the team as:

Customer Care Assistant (Marketing)

The ideal Candidates should be:

• A young and energetic Male personal below 25 years of age
• Possess minimal educational background of G.C.E. A/L, knowledge on MS Office, profound skills on telephone etiquette
• A person, who studies SLIM / CIM, or other marketing related qualification
• A creative & collaborative personal with having an attitude of go-getter to satisfy customer requirement
• Able to conduct regular follow up and evaluate the customer satisfaction levels
• Possess good communication skills in Sinhala & English (added advantage for skill in Tamil)
• Previous experience in the similar capacity will be definitely be an added advantage

Ideal Candidate will will have an opportunity to develop their career in Marketing Management and as well Engineering background.
