Senior Executive - Insurance

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible in achieving the budgeted insurance Targets assigned (Branch wise targets and Commission targets budgets)
• Coordinate with Insurance Companies and make sure Insurance commissions due is received after accurate reconciliations
• Providing accurate Insurance reports to the management as and when they are required
• Handling customer inquiries related to:
  • Insurance claims
  • No objection letters
  • Insurance refunds
  • Change of Insurance companies
• Coordinate with the frontline staff of allocated branches and Insurance companies in order to get the outside assigned letters, insurance claims etc. on the given deadlines
• Enter in-house renewals and coordinate with all allocated Insurance Companies to get the renewal notice on a timely manner

Key Requirements:

• G.C.E. A/L qualification is a must
• Part or full qualification through Chartered Institute of Insurance SL or UK will be an added advantage
• 4-5 years' experience in a reputed insurance company or handling the same role in a NBFI or a Bank
• Leadership / Soft skills / IT Literacy / PR Skills
• Should be a proactive, detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
