Direct Mailing Services (Pvt) Ltd, a Company involved in outsourcing operations wishes to recruit individuals for the above position for immediate employment at a Leading Educational Institute in Sri Lanka.

Customer Service Executive

Location: Colombo

Job Role:

• Answering all inbound phone calls
• Ensure correct information is given to the clients
• Transferring to phone calls to respective divisions

Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work on shift basis
• Successful completion of the G.C.E. O/L - Credits in Mathematics and English
• Should be fluent in English and Sinhala / Tamil would be an added advantage
