Customer Care Agent (International Clients)
Job Description:
- A warm, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
- Experience in Sales & Marketing in an Exports oriented company will be given high priority
- Competency in MS Office package is a must
- Experience using ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics Nav or SAP) would be an added qualification
- Very good command in English language
