Customer Care Assistant (Singer Mega)

Job Profile:

• Generate revenue for the store
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Involve in-shop administration functions

Personal Profile:

• Age between 18 to 25 years
• Passed A/L examination
• Credit pass / Good pass for Mathematics and English at O/L Examination
• Passionate about Sales and Customer Care
• Energetic & motivated Go-getter
• Exposure to working in a computerised environment
• Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous
