Credit Control Assistant

Job Profile:

• Maintaining records of Hire Purchase accounts
• Handling and attending to complaints made by the customers
• To check and update records on monthly creations with contact numbers
• Preparing Management Information Reports / Results of Internal and External Competitions

Personal Profile:

• Good results in G.C.E. O/L & A/L
• Advanced MS Excel skills and exposure to computerised accounting application packages and ERP system, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Fluent in Tamil Language will be an added advantage
• Flair for dealing with internal and external customers externally courteously
• Age should be below 25 years
