The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASri Lanka) is one of the largest professional organizations in Sri Lanka that supports over 6000 Chartered Accountants. The Institute provides insight and leadership to the accountancy and finance profession in Sri Lanka as well as globally.
The institute is seeking an outstanding result oriented and energetic professionals with a high level of responsibility, dedication, competence, confidence, drive and adaptability to take over the position indicated below.
Executive - Human Resources
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognised institute
- Minimum 3 years post qualifying experience preferably in a similar capacity
- Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office Package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Internet, Email and exposure to HRIS
- Should be a good communicator, able to express ideas clearly in both oral and written forms in English
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle correspondence independently such as writing reports and business letters
- Be self-driven target oriented and passionate towards achievements with sound PR and interpersonal skills
- Be a good team player
The successful candidates will initially be offered an employment contract for 1 year with a competitive remuneration package in par with industry standards together with other fringe benefits.
