Officer / Junior Executive - Call Centre

If you are a dynamic individual with experience and career aspirations to further in customer service, this is a fabulous opportunity for you. The selected candidates will have to work in our Call Centre and will be responsible for providing differentiated superior service to our AIA First Class Customers.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Act as the front-line contact when AIA First Class customers requires assistance (handling AFC welcome call, Sending welcome-pack, Responding AFC calls and emails)
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Monitoring customer premium payments and proactively prevent lapses
  • Handling quarterly health calls, birthday calls and communicating special partner offers
  • Liaising with vendors to send gifts/hampers
  • Servicing AFC Agents to assist AIA First class customers

Job Specifications:

  • A sound educational background with good AL results
  • Minimum 1 year experience in call centre, preferably in insurance
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala languages
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Hardworking abilities with working ability under pressure
