Senior HR Executive
Location: Mattegoda Factory
Qualifications:
- Degree / Professional qualifications in HRM from a recognised institution
- Excellent command in English and Sinhala (Both written and Oral)
- Computer literacy
- Good PR with strong leadership
Experience & Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR in a reputed organisation
- Hands on experience on entire employee lifecycle including Recruitment, Health & Safety and Training
- Maintaining high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently or under minimum supervision and work under pressure
- Candidate who is active, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and social etiquette
