Executive Human Resources Development (HRD)

Job Profile:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify/verify the competency gaps
  • Design Develop and Execute the Corporate T&D Plan
  • Conduct Post Learning Evaluations and Maintain HRD Database
  • Proceed Quarterly / Mid-Year / Annual Performance Evaluations
  • Assist in other HRD / HR Functions including Talent Management / Career Development / Job Evaluation / Succession Planning / Management Trainee Development Programme

Company Profile:

  • Degree in Business Management Administration / Human Resources Management or
  • Pass G.C.E. A/L with relevant professional qualification in HR / HRD
  • Proven exposure in the above area with minimum 4 years of experience
  • Strong Personality with Sound Business Presentation Skills
  • Excellent Business Communication Skills & Sound Competency in ICT Literacy
  • Professional Qualifications on T&D / HRd / HRM will be an added advantage
