Trainee IT Operations Assistant

Job Profile:
- To Assist IT support service team with day-to-day IT operations regarding software, configuration issues and connectivity
- To process knowledge in network administration
Personal Profile:
- Diploma or a professional qualification in IT from a recognised university
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L
- Fluent in Tamil Language will be an added advantage
- Minimum 6 months experience in similar capacity
- Should be professional and positive communication skills
- Age should be between 25 years old
