Call Centre Agents

The individual will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls in a professional manner, converting sales leads to sales, contacting existing and new customer about product and services and providing customer support.

Requirements:

  • 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L
  • An excellent and effective communicator in English and Sinhala
  • Flare for customer service and good telephone etiquette
  • Proficiency in computer applications which include Word, Excel etc
  • Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
  • Age between 18-25 years
