Call Centre Supervisors

The individual will be responsible for the supervision of a team of call centre agents and ensure targets are met, training new staff and steering staff meetings to ensure performance.

Requirements:
Posses a Certificate in Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification
5 years experience in a call centre environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Sinhala
A flare for customer service and good telephone etiquette
Proficiency in computer applications which include Word, Excel etc
Ability to comprehend, capture and interpret basic customer information
Age between 25-30 years.
