Executive - Human Resources
What We Expect:
- Experience of handling Internal and External Audit requirements
- Maintaining & handling medical scheme of the Hotel
- Managing the statutory and legal requirements
- General reports and analysis for the management requirements
- Any other job assigned by the DHR in time to time
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent English is a must
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- A Degree in HR Management from a recognised institution or Diploma in HR Management (more than one year) from a recognised institute (Eg: IPM, NIBM etc)
- Should have 2-4 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Preferred age below 40 female candidates
