Banking Assistant - Branch Operations

Location: North & East Region

Job Profile:

  • Smooth function in tellers and customer service counters
  • Ensure adherence to all standardised operational procedures as per operations manual
  • Coordinate day to day operational issues in the branch with the relevant support departments

Special Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Conversant in banking operations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge on KYC and Anti Money Laundering

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in banking industry
  • OR
  • 1 Year experience in internship and 1 year working experience in Banking Industry
