Customer Service Assistant

Application for this position should possess following prerequisites

Job Profile:

• Handling day to day front office operation at the Division
• Receive direct customer requests with proper inspection
• Handling direct customer complaints and call centre complaints
• Attend to provide technical assistance to customers
• Respond to customer calls effectively
• Coordinate with workshop and technical staff to provide job updates to customers

Personal Profile:

• Age between 19 to 25 years
• Good results in G.C.E. O/L and A/L
• Good communication skills
• 1 year experience in customer service would be an added advantage
