Inventory Controller

Job Summary:

• To supervise and perform a variety of duties in receiving, issuing, handling and accounting for inventory in the Store Division. Identifying discrepancies and action accordingly. Ensuring that proper inventory control mechanisms are in place.

Job Accountabilities:

• Manage the Inventory by producing and receiving all the products within the stipulated time frame
• Receives returned stock items; disassembles, inspects, determines suitability of marketing for restocking
• Overall Manage the Inventory of the Store Division
• Responsibly handle and ensure smooth flow of Customer Voucher Redemption
• Maintains records and generates periodic reports on the stock movement
• Organizes and maintains Store areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labeling system on each stock items and manages manually stock inventory shelving with stock items received or returned
• Managing Store Staff for an effective and productive workflow

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Two (2) years of experience in a Store / Warehouse Operations
• Fully or partly qualified in Inventory Management
• Great aptitudes of Responsible, Initiative and Responsive 
• Considerable knowledge of hazards and safety precautions relating to equipment operation, storage  of materials
