HR Executive

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling ETF/EPF related matters and maintaining personal files
  • Handling all administrative payments
  • Preparing contract renewal letters / confirmation letters
  • Provide inputs to payroll
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate should possess a degree in HR Management from a recognised university or equivalent professional qualifications in HRM
  • Minimum two years work experience in the key functions of Human Resources Management
  • Candidates must be organised and familiar with HR strategies and HR administration practices
  • Must be energetic, dynamic, having knowledge and skills in planning, highly work oriented with a positive attitude with an outgoing personality
