Customer Care Executive

Location: Homagama

Qualifications & Experience

  • A young & energetic candidate, Age below 25 years
  • Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L examination
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Comfortable in making calls and interacting with clients
  • Excellent PR and interpersonal skills with great phone etiquette
  • Fluency in English & Sinhala is a must. Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Basic IT skills (Email, Internet, MS Office Package)
  • A good team player with a pleasing personality and a passion for customer service
  • Be customer-oriented and possess the ability to adapt / respond to different types of customers
  • Reside in close proximity Homagama / Athurugiriya / Malabe / Kottawa

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assist customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal / customer service team sales targets
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage with customers
  • Update customer information into in-house system
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the the limits, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
