Cal Centre Representatives / Tele Sales - Life Insurance

Location: Janashakthi Life Head Office (Shift Basis)

Desired Experience and skills:

• Have a good command in Sinhala and English / Tamil languages
• Should be a confident communicator who is able to speak in a clear and professional manner under any situation
• Be outgoing and positive, with a "can do!" attitude
• Have a genuine passion for Customer Service
• Previous experience working in a Call Centre will be a definite advantage!
• School leavers are also encouraged to apply
