Assistant Manager - HR & Administration

Location: Kottawa

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and maintenance of the budgeted cadre
  • Controlling of absenteeism
  • Conducting motivational activities
  • Controlling employee retention, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters

Experience / Skills Requirements:

  • Applicant should be below 35 years of age
  • Applicant should possess a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 3 years experience is required, preferably in the apparel industry
  • Experience in working in a computerised Payroll System
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently
