Customer Service Agents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with foreign clients
  • Degree in management / marketing areas would be an added advantage
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Ability to multi-task with phone and computer skills
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
  • Be able to take responsibility, and work on tight & multiple deadlines
  • Self-motivated and can take on a task independently
  • Flexibility in work schedule (both Night & Day shifts are available - working days decided on a roster)
  • Be lots of fun to work with

Responsibilities:

  • Moderate / Answer all customer reviews and respond to email, telephone, and online chat queries in English
  • Meet or exceeds quality and productivity goals, participates in other activities assigned by manager
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanour and portrays the company in a positive light
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for telephone, chat and email responses and service levels
  • Follow company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
  • Use customer service tools in order to provide an accurate responses and an exceptional customer experience
  • Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
  • Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond all
