Stores Executive

Location: Bandaragama

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper stock levels
• Ensure goods are delivered on time in required quantity and quality
• Routine verification of stores arrangements to minimize expired stocks
• Ensure efficiency & effectiveness of all stores related to functions and procedures

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Certificate / Diploma in Stores Management or Professional Qualification in Supply & Material Management from a recognised institute
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar capacity in a reputed organisation
• Experience in Healthcare industry will be a definite advantage
• Computer literacy and ability to use and adapt to ERP system
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and  English both written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Should be punctual, organised, dynamic and self-motivated
• Willingness to go an extra mile to ensure job is completed
