Customer Support Officer - Contact Centre

Requirements:

  • Good results at G.C.E. A/L & O/L examinations
  • Able to converse fluently in Sinhala and English while Tamil language proficiency will be advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre with handling in-bound and out-bound customer inquiries
  • Sound knowledge of call centre systems and computer application packages will be advantageous
  • Negotiation skills, adaptability and stress tolerance are essential
  • Age between 18-25 years
