Executive - Customer Service

Requirements:

  • A passion for service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A passion for service excellence

Qualification & Experience:

  • A degree / diploma or professional qualification in the field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the logistics field

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Building and Maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Shipment follow-up & execution
  • Updating & maintaining daily status reports
  • Handle operations and information flow to the customers
