We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and result oriented person to join our team at our provincial factory located in the Polonnaruwa district.
Production Manager
(For Texwin Clothing (Pvt) Ltd., Polonnaruwa)
- You will be totally responsible for the achievement of scheduled daily/monthly production plan and production related operations effectively and efficiently liaising with the quality and technical teams of the factory consisting of 500 high tech machines.
- Reporting to the General Manager, planning for maximum production capacity, monitoring manufacturing budgets and increasing factory performance levels maintaining high standards and quality of production demand by the buyers will be the main part of your job role.
- Applicants with good knowledge of work practices including work study, preparation of accurate layouts, time study, efficiency calculations, workplace engineering and factory compliance will be considered specially.
- Should possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to motivate production employees, with multi-disciplinary abilities and technical expertise.
- Counting at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a recognized apparel industry, you should be below 40 years of age. Possession of a degree or professional qualification in the apparel manufacturing field will be an added advantage.
