Executive - Human Resources
Job Role:
- Responsible for overall HRM functions and day to day HR operations
- Preparing HR related reports
- Maintain and update EPF/ETF documents and employee personal files etc
- Providing assistance in developing and implementing HR related process, policies and procedures
Qualification & Skills:
- Should possess a Degree or Higher Diploma in HRM from a recognised University / Institute
- At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity, preference will be given to those who have Manufacturing sector experience
- Young & energetic person with good PR skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Prior knowledge in HRIS and a IT environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Sinhala is mandatory
- Should be well conversed with Legal framework and Labour Law with the latest updates
