Help Desk - IT (Female)

We are currently on the lookout for Helpdesk Operatives, to be placed at our clients' site to coordinate calls between Business Partners and our clients covering 160 locations island wide. Clients serviced are multinations such as Unilever, Chevron, Reckitt Benckiser etc

The ideal candidate will possess the following key drivers:

• O/L Credit in Mathematics
• Candidates should possess excellent PR and communication skills
• Age below 28 years
• Candidate must be able to take ownership

Qualifications:

• Recognized Diploma in the field of Information Technology

Successful candidates will be given hands on training in their respective operations.
