Executive - Human Resources / Payroll Administration

The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the:

  • Overall responsibility of managing the payroll process.
  • Prepare and timely submit all new recruitments and new payroll inputs.
  • Overall responsibility in dispatching the pay sheets of the employees.
  • Responsible to update all personal files of employees as per the process.
  • Responsible to manage employee maternity leave process.
  • preparation of all letters connected to the company disciplinary management process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Full or part qualification in PQHRM or equivalent Diploma / Degree.
  • Good knowledge in labour law will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy and fluency in English & Sinhala language.
  • A team player with positive attitude.
