Lanka Canneries (Pvt) Ltd. the market leader in food products under the brand name of MD with a rapidly growing turnover is in search of a dynamic, results-oriented IT Executive with the following requirements for immediate employment.

IT Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage windows server operating systems / Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / GPO / Firewall.
• Manage and maintain applications in SaaS and PaaS based cloud platform.
• Coordinate with SAP B1 system users and management to determine appropriate system configurations and setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP B1 related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
• Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased.
• Ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and functioning according to specifications.
• Prepare a monthly report regarding the systems and issues related to smooth operation of application software.
• Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described.
• Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc.
• Maintain all users access request and authorisations (Windows, Email and other operating systems).
• Act as the primary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology related matters.
• REspond to all users requests and provide them with adequate support.

Core Requirements:

• Should ave an IT related Degree or Diploma specialised in business environment.
• Possess 2-3 years of experience in Level 2 and 3 IT Systems / Windows Servers / Network Supports role.
• Previous experience with SAP B1 implementation project in manufacturing environment with pre and post go-live support.
• Have an expert knowledge in implementing and troubleshooting windows server operating systems / Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / GPO / Firewall configuration.
• Prior work experience in server visualisation and Cloud platform (Azure, Amazon, Google).
• Sound knowledge in business process and cyber security.
• Good team player and able to handle a team.
• Hands on experience in SAP Hana Studio backend developments (Procedures and validations). and Dashboard developments.
• Hands on experience with Data warehouse concepts, Analytical Tools and platform (PowerBI etc).
